Who are you?
We are a small family owned and operated company, living permanently in the Alps. We have just completed our twelfth winter and for this last season operated five vehicles, covering most of the Alps accessible from Geneva Airport. We are fully licensed with the French transport authorities, DREAL and also have EVTC licences. We also have authority to work out of Geneva Airport from the Swiss Service du Commerce in the Canton of Geneva.
Do you offer shared transfers?
No, all our transfers are private transfers as we believe this allows us to offer a better service.
What happens if I have to cancel the transfer?
|>14 days||100% refund less (25€ administration fee)|
|2 – 14 days||60% refund|
|<48 hours||No refund|
How do we pay?
We accept both Visa and MasterCard for payment. All our prices are in Euros. Once your booking has been confirmed, we will explain how to pay in advance by credit card. For late bookings we can accept in Euros on the day, paid to the driver.
What happens if my flight is late arriving in Geneva?
Our schedules allow for your flight to be one hour late and for you to take one hour to come through passport control, customs and baggage collection. Though beyond this your non -arrival implies you have cancelled that transfer. The more you keep us informed the easier it is for us to help you on your onward journey. This could involve arranging a different driver, vehicle, transfer with us or a trusted associate company. Our aim is to provide a solution to any problem if possible. If you suspect your luggage may be lost, please inform the driver as soon as possible.
Can we eat and drink in the vehicle?
As our customers expect clean seats we would ask you to respect this by not eating or drinking anything other than water in the vehicles.
Which terminal will I be picked up from?
Unless specifically requested otherwise you will be picked up from the main Swiss terminal (commonly known as Terminal M).
Can we stop on route to resort or airport?
Any stops (supermarket, linen and key collection, lunch) MUST be pre-booked in order for us to allow the time in our schedule. On transfers over two hours, the driver will schedule in a coffee / toilet stop approximately half way.
Can we drink alcohol on the transfer?
No alcohol can be drunk during the transfer as it is illegal in France. People arriving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or exhibiting aggressive behaviour will be refused transfer and no refund given as you will be deemed to have broken your contract.
Do you supply child seats?
We supply both booster and infant seats free of charge. Please let us know which will be required at time of booking.
What if the resort is not accessible due to police road closure, avalanche, rock fall etc.?
Each and every situation has to be assessed individually. Our aim is to find the best solution; however we may need to drop you off at the nearest town / village / hotel / emergency reception centre. The onward cost of travel from here will be at your own cost. We will supply any information required for travel insurance claims. Specifically for transfers to AVORIAZ, you may have to be taken to the Prodain lift to ensure arrival at the resort.
Any disputes will be referred to a mediator, failing this will be settled in French courts.
