No, all transfer services offered are private. This allows you to receive a better service with no waiting and no additional drop offs (unless you have made a special request in advance).
As parents ourselves we understand the importance of child safety when traveling. We supply both booster and infant seats in sizes group 0,0+,1,2,3 free of charge. Please specify your child's seat requirements when making a booking request so we can ensure the correct seat(s) are fitted on the day of your transfer.
Cancellation notice:
Our schedules allow for your flight to be delayed by one hour late plus the additional one hour in can take to come through passport control, customs and baggage collection. Beyond this period, your non-arrival implies you have cancelled that transfer. The more you keep us informed the easier it is for us to accommodate your onward journey. This could involve arranging a different driver, vehicle or a transfer with a trusted associate company. If you suspect your luggage may be lost, please inform the driver as soon as possible. Our aim is to provide a solution to any problem if possible.
Each and every situation has to be assessed individually. Our aim is to find the best solution; however we may need to drop you off at the nearest town / village / hotel / emergency reception centre. The onward cost of travel from here will be at your own cost. We will supply any information required for travel insurance claims. Specifically for transfers to AVORIAZ, you may have to be taken to the Prodain lift to ensure arrival at the resort.
Unless you have made a prior request you will be picked up from the main Swiss terminal (Terminal 1).
Any stops (supermarket, linen, key collection, or lunch) MUST be pre-booked in order for us to allow the time in our schedule. On transfers over two hours, the driver will schedule in a coffee / toilet stop approximately half way for your comfort.
It is illegal in France for alcohol to be drank or open in a vehicle. People arriving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or exhibiting aggressive behaviour will be refused a transfer and no refund given as you will be deemed to have broken your contract.
Any supermarket stop MUST be pre-booked in order for us to allow the time in our schedule. There is an additional supplementary charge for this service of 25€ for the first 30 minutes, and an additional charge of 10€ for every 10 minutes after.
This is with prior arrangement and at your own risk. When scheduling pick-up times we factor in traffic, weather and unforeseen circumstances.
